Somali Vulnerable Actors (SOVA) is a non-profit organization
Over the years SOVA has established itself as a reliable, imaginative and effective actor through its contribution at every level to ensure the establishment of quality standards and strategies in various sectors. SOVA programme aims at maintaining and developing its institutional knowledge and expertise of working in south central Somalia. It also aims at influencing policies at national level (i.e. National and regional clusters and donors level) and at supporting advocacy for the rights of vulnerable children and women
The organization has embarked on different humanitarian projects implementation in the following sectors: Livelihood, health, protection Nutrition, WASH, civic engagement, Gender Equality, Environment conservation and management. The organization has been operational since 2012 and has been working in Lower Shabelle region, low juba, middle juba, Galmudug, Gedo Region, Banadir region in south central.
